RotoGlide Ring
RotoGlide Rings are designed to seal pivoting, helically moved and rotating pistons, rods and shafts. They are used with an O-ring as an energizer. All operating conditions and system variables must be reviewed before RotoGlide Rings can be recommended. RotoGlide Rings are available in most PolyFluor™ and some PolyTel™ compounds. The O-ring energizers are available in a wide variety of elastomers.
Operating ranges: Speed: 3 ft/s (1 m/s) maximum Temperature: approximately -40°F to +300°F (-40°C to +150°C), depending on the O-Ring compound Pressure: up to 4350 psi (30 MPa)

DeltaMod™ Face Seal
A unique geometry designed to maximize performance in the high pressure and abnormal clearance gap conditions that face seals are now exposed. It utilizes a triangular shaped PolyFluor™ ring energized by a uniquely shaped elastomer. This ring uses the full depth of the seal gland to optimize the material exposure and ensure maximum extrusion protection under the most adverse conditions. The unique elastomer provides seal force at low pressure and continuously forces the PolyFluor™ ring again The DeltaMod™ Face Seal elastomer element is availablein a wide variety of elastomeric materials e.g. nitrile, fluoroelastomer, ethylene propylene, etc. The PolyFluor™ ring element is available in most PolyFluor™ and some PolyTel™ materials.
Operating Ranges Temperature: approximately -65°F to +392°F (-54°C to +200°C), depending on the elastomer energizer compound Pressure: up to 5000 psi (35 MPa)

Custom seals, gaskets, and sealing systems can be designed to meet the performance needs for your applications. Custom molded parts can be provided out of quality elastomer compounds.   PolyMod® low friction custom seals are available in most materials except silicone and fluorosilicone. UltraMod™ low friction custom seals are available in fluoroelastomer compounds only. Custom machined parts can be provided out of quality PolyFluor™ or PolyTel™ materials.
